About this talk

This mixed ability fitness class is aimed for anyone and everyone. Incorporating elements of Pilates, yoga and cardio-vascular training, we will tone, stretch, and strengthen the body. We will work on incorporating a better posture through exercise creating efficiency in movement, and a strong mind/body connection.

This class will add an element of moderate resistance training and some mild cardio, all of which will benefit your overall fitness.
